REGISTRATION FEES:
The full registration package includes access to sessions, plenaries, receptions, special events, workshops and the Media & Career Expo. It also includes the following meals: Newsmaker Luncheon and the NAHJ Hall of Fame Gala y El Gran Baile. (A $10 reservation fee is required to hold a space at the NAHJ Hall of Fame Gala and El Gran Baile.)
The full registration package does not include family and other sightseeing events, for which separate fees may apply, or the golf tournament, which is a fundraising event to benefit scholarships. Spouse partner registration provides access to all convention activities except the Media & Career Expo

FOR REGISTRANTS AND SPOUSES:
You must log in to use the system. Please fill out all the information required. If you are registering a spouse/partner, you can do so in the "Guest" section and select the registrant type in the drop down box. Spouse/Partner registrants will have access to all convention activities and programs except for the Media & Career Expo.
FOR RECRUITERS/EXHIBITORS:
Recruiters and exhibitors can now complete the transaction and register additional recruiters online using this system. To use this system, you must purchase booths individually. To purchase more than one booth with one transaction, please click here to download the Exhibitor/Recruiter brochure.
When purchasing a booth, the person logged in to the system will receive the comp registration that comes with the booth. You can register as many additional recruiters as you like when you get to the "Guest" section and select in the drop down box whether the person is a member or not a member of NAHJ. The correct registration rates will automatically be applied.
All Registrants and Exhibitors/Recruiters should complete the Special Events section to indicate at what events we can expect you to join us.
MEMBERSHIP DUES:
*Membership status will be verified and new members must be enrolled by May 8, 2009 to receive membership discount.Those who join or renew after that date will be charged non-member rates for convention registration.
Membership dues are are valid for one calendar year, beginning in January and ending in December. Membership fees are due each January, regardless of what month dues were paid the previous year.
Dues are currently:
$75 Regular/Academic/Associate
$35 Student
$110 Individual
$2,000 Corporate
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*All requests for refunds must be in writing. No requests made by phone will be accepted. An $85 administrative fee will be required for cancellations to cover processing fees. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked after May 15, 2009.
