Staff Photographer Pultizer Central California Newspapers
Posted June 11, 2004 Selma, Calif.
PCCN is looking for a full-time photojournalist for the Selma Enterprise, Kingsburg Recorder and Twin City Times, all weeklies published in one office. Selma is located about 15 miles south of Fresno on Freeway 99, in the heart of California's San Joaquin Valley. We use Canon cameras, a new Mark II digital camera and a wide range of lenses. Great reproduction and photo play make these award-winning newspapers a great place to gather clips. Proficiency in PhotoShop is a must. The ability to speak Spanish will be an advantage. The right candidate should have good time-management skills, as he or she will be the only photographer on the staff. To apply, send cover letter, resume, references and portfolio (Mac CD preferred) to Michael Miyamoto, managing editor, P.O. Box 100, Selma, Calif., 93662. E-mail is mmiyamoto@pulitzer.net. The telephone number is (559) 896-1976, ext. 113.
