The Arizona Latino Media Association (ALMA) and the National Association
of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) invite you to
a Spanish-language workshop introducing the new NAHJ Spanish-language
stylebook:
the first media tool of its kind specifically created for journalists and media professionals who work in Spanish in the United States.
Lilia O'Hara, professor, journalist, editor of Enlace in
the San Diego Union-Tribune and Enlacelink.com and co- author
of the NAHJ Spanish-Language Stylebook will be our presenter.
Also, attending from Washington D.C. will be the new NAHJ
Executive Director Ivan Roman.
A group of top editors and
media professionals will also participate on a panel discussion
about the use of Spanish language in Arizona media.
A reception celebrating the
release of the new stylebook will follow the workshop.

a copy of the new NAHJ Spanish-language stylebook, lunch,
reception, parking and admission to a national touring
exhibit produced by the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum
- "Nazi Persecution of Homosexuals, 1933-1945."
$45 non- ALMA members
$30 ALMA members.
Cost of additional books is $14.95 each
